With a background in science and healthcare, I first transitioned into UX as a UX researcher, before bringing a multidisciplinary lens as a designer.

Currently, I’m a Senior Product Designer at ServiceNow's AI team, where I lead design innovations across the AI search platform—ranging from data labeling tools to reimagining enterprise search with generative AI. My approach blends systems thinking, user advocacy, and a deep curiosity for emerging technologies.

Previously at IBM, I designed blockchain-enabled tools and led a global design incubator team, drawn by the company’s strong design thinking culture. As UX Design Lead at Rodan + Fields, I designed a variety of consumer-facing products, including a behavioral-change app and eCommerce experiences; my work on a check-out optimization helped increase $4.5M in revenue within its first quarter.

I’m passionate about using design for social impact, especially to uplift women and children from under-resourced communities. Outside of work, I mentor college applicants, tutored with 826 Valencia, previously served on the leadership board at HackMentalHealth, and enjoy yoga and going on adventures around the world.
