About me

In my current role as a senior product designer at ServiceNow's AI team, I work with cross - functional global teams, focusing on all aspects of the platform's AI search engine, ranging from data labeling to generative AI enhancements. My journey in UX was a not a linear path as I transitioned from a technical background in science and healthcare, by first specializing in UX research before moving into design.

I joined IBM from 2018 -2021 for its strong emphasis on Design Thinking culture and have worked on several enterprise projects here, such as a blockchain-enabled platform in the supply chain space, and Order Management Software in the omni-channel commerce vertical. I also enjoyed being a design lead on an incubator project in Q1 of 2021, leading a team of 4 junior designers from 4 different timezones.

At my previous role as a UX design lead at Rodan & Fields, I worked on various consumer-focused products, ranging from a behaviroal-change app, eCommerce, and an internal tool. My last project there, PC Enrollment Optimization, resulted in $4.5million revenue increase in the first quarter of its launch.

About%20me%20timeline_edited.jpg

Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, I've been living along the coast of California since high school before calling San Francisco my home since 2012. Ultimately, my passion and motivation lie in social impact - creating the most optimal solutions to help those who lack opportunities, especially women and children of under-resourced population. That's why I volunteer as a college application mentor and a tutor at 826 Valencia, and was on the leadership board at HackMentalHealth, after participating in its first hackathon and writing on Medium.com about the mental-health AR app I created there.

I value the importance of being an active voice and participant in the design community, especially locally in San Francisco Bay Area. That's why I enjoy sharing and discussing my experiences in UX, technology, and the industry as a whole. It gives me opportunities to make new connections, stay connected, and learn from others.
